Here is a typical example where batch (asynchronous) processing is required - BANKING.

Banks typically record all transactions throughout the day, and then POST these transactions to the various accounts, at the END-OF-DAY.

no one is providing an example of where an asyncronous transaction is
needed in a business application. Kind of the same way that batch
processing has limited usage on modern systems where a dual core CPU
