I do know there is either a Redbook or draft or Redpiece describing how the
new sql features work. Perhaps there is management info there.

This is on v5r4.

Note that SYS_MGMT is not an IBM profile, it's one we use to run
scheduled jobs.

Also, at least one of these objects is own by my profile.

The earliest create date is 7-1-2006.  The latest is 8-5-2006.

July 1 was when I upgraded from v5r3 to v5r4.

What OS release?
IBM has added to V5R4 (and maybe ptf into V5R3) some collection of
statistics
and temp indexes for sql processing. I would not be deleting this.
My rule has been if created by the OS, then I rely on the OS cleanup
programs
to manage it. Having said that, I wonder how much IBM has put
into the
"management"
of what they have now created. I asked that question at
Common in the SQL
Performance
sessions and could not get a clear answer.
