What OS release?IBM has added to V5R4 (and maybe ptf into V5R3) some collection of statistics
and temp indexes for sql processing. I would not be deleting this.My rule has been if created by the OS, then I rely on the OS cleanup programs to manage it. Having said that, I wonder how much IBM has put into the "management" of what they have now created. I asked that question at Common in the SQL Performance
sessions and could not get a clear answer. jim franz----- Original Message ----- From: "Wilt, Charles" <CWilt@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

I've got 38 lines like the following lines on my PRTDSKINF report: % of Size in Last Last Object Library Type Owner Disk 1000 bytes Change Use Description MAINTRAVBA *SQLPKG SYS_MGMT .11 384614.4 07/19/06 07/14/06 *NOLIB It would seem that those 38 objects make up most of the following total: Objects not in a library 4.37 15372.96 Does anyone know where these come from, do they need to be kept around, and if not how I can delete them?
