I see this page is called a "Technote" and has a fairly new last change date.
Is IBM replacing the Info Apars with Technotes?
Unfortunately so much of their search system still points to the Info Apars.
Also - this Technote uses the "old" name Client Access, not the current product name
iSeries Access.

Going to the Client Access web page Info Apars -
every one I click on gives a nice page .... Our Apologies.... Not found.

I need the list of ports (a complete list) for iSeries Access.

Has IBM removed them permanently?
btw - IBM's search references this APAR ii12227 many other places.
