This reminds me, I think, of how tedious it is to make changes to spooled files 
in OpsNav - you can select multiple files as you describe, but when you 
right-click and click on Properties (IIRC), you get a prompt for each item 
selected, not a single prompt with common items allowed and not common items 
grayed out. Even Windows Explorer does this in the properties window when 
multiple items are selected.

I wish it were as simple as WRKSPLF, where you can put a 2 on multiple items, 
then put the changes on the command line once, then hit Enter and bah-dah-bing!!
