When I see this it normally means that they selected a portion of the
display with nothing on it.  Clicking some ware else on the display
normally clears the selection and the print key starts to work again

Trying to solve problem for a remote site. 
All pc's "should" have same XP pro, CA version & service pack.
Only one pc with problem. Windows prints fine to pc.
CA print screen (not host print) produces a blank page.
Have been thru page setup and printer setup.
Nothing seems wrong or different. 
Any ideas?
