Think IFS...

Can you find the file drilling down into
WRKLNK '/QOPT*'

If so, then you should be able to do a
CPY '/QOPT/cdVolLabel/dir/yaddaYaddaYadda'
'/myNewDir/yaddaYaddaYadda'

Subject
OPT to IFS: how to copy file from CDROM to IFS dir.

I have a AS/400 which can communicate only with its
Optical
disk.
I cannot use FTP or copy from PC.
How can I copy a file from the CD
to IFS directory ?
(CPYOPT or related commands seems
only to display some info about
 the files)

Regards,

Zvi
