QSH cp questions:
1. How can I find help of the cp 
   command in QSHELL?
Check out the IBM Infocentre.  For V5R3: 
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/iseries/v5r3/index.jsp
I think you can replace the v5r3 in the URL with your release version.

As far as I know, there is now 'man' type documentation for the QSHELL 
commands.  You list of command-line options with 'help cp', but there is 
no explanation of the options, so it is really only useful for jogging the 
memory (was that -r or -R? type of questions).
