In your FTP script just execute the CL after the transfer using:

Quo rcmd sbmjob cmd(call myCL)

Simple.

I would FTP the file to the AS/400 from the PC via a batch file.
Then have the CL on the job scheduler to run.

Complex.
If the PC has an FTP server you can upload the file from the AS/400 and
process it all in the CL.

It occurs to me that there are several ways to do this, and a

might prove educational and fun.

The person runs a PC program, creating a PC file.  This file must go

to

the iSeries once a week, and then be processed by a CLP program/

Ideas? Suggestions?  Fantastic solutions?
