Twice a week we do a DUPMEDBRM to 2 different tapes which are stored offsite
at 2 different locations.

Last week at COMMON, in a session by Debbie Saugen, we were told that when
doing a DUPMEDBRM we also needed to do a SAVMEDIBRM to the duplicated tape.
There were a few, like me, who didn't know that, a few who did, and the
majority who seemed disinterested.

What is this command doing for me? If I already have all that info on the
"from" tape, is it not duplicated onto the "to" tape?

The archives and manuals don't seem to have much about it, other than
stressing that after saving save files, you really must do a SAVMEDIBRM.
