We have had the IBM vendor doing a lot of out Info Printer service for
about 4 months and we see no difference in the response time or repairs.
In our case we have the former IBM'er that retired and joined the IBM
vendor.

Subject: Recent IBM printer service

I'm interested to get some feedback here...

Has anyone noticed a recent change in IBM's hardware service delivery
involving printers? We have noticed a definite shift here in the past 2
months and i'm curious to see if any others have noticed the same. I
won't say if it has been a positive or negative change that we've
noticed...

Thanks for any feedback you can give!
