Group ptf's come in levels.  There's a big difference between SF99069-1 
and SF99069-27 (or whatever the last level was)  V5R4 is on level 4 of 
it's java group SF99261.  (I guess that's better than level 24 of the 
hiper group).  Better determine what level you need.
