What I WOULDN'T do is to change QJOBMSGQFL to *PRTWRAP or *WRAP on a 
general basis.  Having it fill and die has stopped more than one runaway 
job.  A particular job that needs to be longer (like maybe a BPCS version 
install) can have that particular job changed on an as needed basis.
