An HMC set of scheduled operations on one LPAR, which has been working, hasn't kicked off in the last two days. The same operations on another LPAR have been kicking off. I compared the schedule details on both LPARs and can't find anything that would cause scheduled operations on the one LPAR to not start. The operations are dynamic reconfiguration of our tape IOA and IOP from one LPAR to the other. It's very clear from the console events that these operations are not starting on one LPAR.
