help with an overlay

I have an ovl file.  The overlay itself looks great on the page, but
My print is "teeny tiny"   The print is good when the printer file is
*SCS, but it shrinks down when the printer file becomes *AFPDS....

Do I need a different font, or some other parameter the get the size of
The print correct???
