Instead of George Farr making the rounds, speaking to 20 people every
night, the entire IBM RPG team could do an interactive video presentation on a single night to as many local groups as want to patch in. I think this would be a good solution, but I also think that small groups or a single LUG would be a better fit vs. doing a whole bunch at a time. I find that people are hesitant to ask questions when a whole bunch of people they don't know are going to hear it. And if they don't ask the questions important to them then they aren't meeting their business need and will think the session wasn't as fruitful. Just think of how many more LUGs a person could be in touch with if an initiative was put forth to organize web meetings. The other thing to note is that the session could be recorded for later viewing which would be great for archival search purposes. Aaron Bartell http://mowyourlawn.com
