If you have 2 systems on your network that have the same IP address you
are going to have to get a traffic sniffer to watch what is happening on
the wire, I recommend Ethereal. Once you download and install it, ping
the address in question from the machine that is running Ethereal, and
if you have to 2 machines with that IP, then you will get 2 ARP response
packets back. You can shoot me a message offline if you need help with
that.

Sounds like you have two systems with the same IP defined on your
network.  Are you running *ANYNET with APPC over TCP/IP?  Try assigning
a new IP address.

I am having a strange login error that seems random.
 
When getting into System21 Classic I get following error.
 
LU2 Emulator Error
Communications error detected in session number 1 QueryComms Status
Failed 2(-5)
 
I click help and it gives me following message:
 
CHP Error-1010 CHPAddrInUse
The IP address of the PC is already in use
 
I sometimes can fix with a hard reboot of PC or resetting TCP/IP stack
twice but now that doesn't seem to help.
