QAUDJRN is in QSYS.  All the receivers for QAUDJRN are in QGPL.  I was 
recently told that you cannot restore a journal without the receivers 
being there - much like trying to restore logical files prior to the 
physical files being there.  QSYS obviously gets restored prior to QGPL in 
a full system restore situation.  I was told that in this situation then 
it would restore the journal - however - it would create a new receiver 
and stick it into QSYS.
What really would happen?
