We use used dasd often. It does save on price. However on this 270-DSD it has the maximum number of drives, and the highest capacity of drives it supports, and the maximum expansion. We will have a third lpar on our 520 set up as a Domino cluster. However, the boss REALLY wants to start archiving off to cheaper non iSeries disk first. Rob Berendt
