I had an old config page and ran a new one and they both match except for an
bunch of different error logs on the just printer one.

If no changes have occurred on the System i, check the settings on the 
printer for changes. Check the page size and CPI settings (these should be 
set by the program). Also check that the paper trays are set to the proper 
size.
