Not the constants - those would be part of the overlay. But you can
print variable information anywhere on the overlay. I've gotten into
the habit of direct row/column positioning.

You can create the forms using MS Word and turn those into AFP
overlays. You can then use overlays and page segments to generate the
form. I like this method more than using forms packages, and I've used
