The HP support people were in India and they have very interesting charging
plan. The cost for paid support from Microsoft has more then doubled for

have you disabled the firewall on the Vista PC?  also, I upgraded from
XP to Vista and Vista changed the IP of the PC from being statically
assigned to dynamic. Each time I boot Vista I get a different IP.
