So IBM sent you a wrong invoice (or something like that, wich is already
lost on the first posts)...

The underlying problem has been resolved -- I never received the original
bill and now that I have the appropriate paper in hand, it's not an issue.
The original person I spoke to was out, and that led to the REAL problem,
which is that the "customer service" department is out of control.
