You could try a PWRDWNSYS restart *NO. Then white button it. Try that on for size. If it's working properly, the powerdown process should take a significant amount of time as it queues them up to the firmware. IIRC, it's a D600632B that it hangs on for about 15 mins. ASMI is not required for this process - if it doesn't apply them after that type of server cycle, you might want to engage IBM. Justin C.
