I just did this research the other day! There are a lot of tools that are
vendor tools, and there are some free tools- some more convoluted than
others.

The easiest to use is a convert-spooled-file-to-pdf within MMAIL - which is
freeware. Check it out here: http://www-922.ibm.com/mmailh/othutils.htm#08
