My application, and therefore my database, are running under i5/OS. PHP
native can deliver the information contained within - sooner, faster, and
more secure than the Linux server connected somehow to DB2.

What are the advantages of running PHP/MySQL on i5/OS on a 10k 9407-515,
limited to 5 users over running it on a 5k x3550 running Linux with
unlimited users, which is faster, costs less for maintenance, costs less
for software support (assuming Novell or Redhat Enterprise Server)?
