What about <Control-Print Scrn> and pasting the image into a Word

document?

It's horrible. It has no selectivity, you need a separate piece of software
to add shout-outs, highlights etc. It is difficult (impossible) to capture
pop-ups etc. Last time I used it there was no selectivity about whether the
mouse itself was included. Etc. etc. etc.

Snagit is really cheap and can automate most of the work for you. People I
know who switched to it reckon that they saved the complete cost the first
day they used it.
