What about and pasting the image into a Word document?

Trevor should be proud of me - and put it on the IFS for your PC to read.
Not to detract from your programming efforts Vern - but for documentation
purposes (why else involve Word) why not simply use Snagit to do screen
captures. Really cheap and much nicer and so easy to add callouts -
highlight screen areas etc. I can't imagine working without it these
days.
