All,

Does anyone know of IBM documentation that talks about or confirms the forward
compatibility of
OS/400.

In other words, if one is on a v5r2 box and compiles a program using
TGTRLS(V4R5) saves it to a save
file also using TGTRLS(v4r5).

Then not only could that program be restored to a v4r5 box, but it could be
restored to a v5r3, or
v5r4 box.

Thanks!
