As others have said, if you did NOT do the requisite ADDPFCST's to link
the files together then setting up ERD's will be a lot of manual effort.
People are less inclined to set up constraints in a DDS environment. No
direct keyword and people aren't likely to use a MAKE program to manually
ADDPFCST. However, in DDL, there are clauses to add the constraints and
the MAKE is not necessary.
