Need Ideas for Batch Job Submission

I have a batch job that needs to be submitted and run every 15 minutes
from 3:00 AM to midnight. The machine does not have ROBOT installed.

Would you give me some ideas on how to approach this?

Thank you,
Bonnie Lokenvitz
