It isn't a complex configuration. I probably could go with the
RTVCFGSRC and a more manual install process.

I came up with my process regarding loading V5R3 because I was going to
have to do a scratch install anyway (even if the model 600 was at V5R2)
because the 520 is an express config and couldn't be ordered with
feature 0205.
