how about based on month, alphabet and keyboard position. So:
Jan = A1!
Feb = B2@
Mar = C3#
Apr = D4$
May = E5%
Jun = F6^
Jul = G7&
Aug = H8*
Sep = I9(
Oct = J10)
Nov = K11!
Dec = L12@
