I don't think an 800 was ever upgradable, was it?

Hardware upgrade question
As the saying goes, "you can lead a horse to water, but only Chuck Norris
can make him drink."
I've got a client running a Model 800. I've been telling him for quite a
while to upgrade his machine before he runs out of gas.
Does IBM still allow him to trade this in for a 515 or higher?
