You could sell a collection of small utilities. I have one utility that checks the
devices to check if a device was shutdown and left a job hanging. Another utility looks
at how many sessions a user id has and only allows so many. You would have to rewrite
them to make them more generic, but you are welcome to the source, but you could probably
write them from scratch as quickly as fixing my source. 

Some other ideas, a CGI program to reset passwords, a cgi program to access QSYSOPR
