As others have said, it may be a library list issue, There are things that
you can try, and one is to point the query to the correct library like this;

 SELECT COUNT(*) FROM libname.FILE1 A, libname.FILE2 B
where
A.SBKRNM = B.SRCDTA
AND(  A.SQCDE IN('SA', 'SB', 'SD', 'SG', 'SH'))

That way you eliminate any doubt about what file is being used.
