SETOBJACC - have not heard it is a NOOP -

It's not, I was smoking dope. :) I had a conversation w/a friend last
night and we determined that what I was remembering is that SETOBJACC
does not pin the object in memory, it simply pages it into memory at the
time the command was run. If you want to emulate pinning it in memory
then load it into a memory pool that doesn't have contention. Sorry for
the confusion.
