We are using RVI - Real Vision Imaging.  It's not cheap, but it seems to
work real well and our users love it.

Anybody on the list using a good document management system
either home grown or off the shelf ?

I have no experience in that type of software and have a customer
that wants to begin the process.

They have grand visions but no knowledge of the actual process
or cost.
