PTF's

Hi All,

 

We IPL every Saturday night - which is handy for getting PTF's applied.
Every few weeks, I download Group PTF packages and set them to temporarily
apply, knowing that they will go on at the next Saturday night IPL. Then,
every few months, I set all temporarily applied PTF's to permanently apply
at the next IPL.

 

My question is - whilst I have a whole bunch of temporarily applied PTF's
sat waiting to permanently apply at next IPL, is it OK to go and download
and temporarily apply new PTF's - so that during the next IPL I will have a
mixture of some PTF's going permanently applied and some going on
temporarily applied?

 

On a related matter - I notice a 'Clean Up Fixes' option in iSeries
Navigator. Is there a gree-screen command equivalent of this?
