In ODBC Administration, open the iSeries Data Source.
You might need to look at 'Library List' on the 'Server' Tab. I have * in
there - if I leave it blank I only get offered QGPL.
(This is on v5r4)

Subject: ODBC connection
Hi
I have an ODBC connection set up on my PC (iSeries V5R2M0, PC XP Pro
and Office 2007 patched up to date) which has worked fine, I am using
Excel 2007 and am attempting to download data in excel from other
sources and then select the Microsoft Query - Select Data source - which
is the ODBC connection I've created some time ago, but now instead of
showing the library list from the ODBC connection I get a default
library list which does not contain any of my libraries set up in the
ODBC connection.
Client Access data transfer is also at V5R2 and I've reinstalled it just
in case and the iSeries user has not changed either.
Can anyone point in the right direction to be able to use the default
library list from the ODBC connection?
