OK that all makes sense now. The "IBM Training News" email suggests
_there is_ an IBM Technical Conference this year. But it is noted in
that newsletter, that the conference Date and Location are still
undetermined. So I guess they are waiting to make mention at both of
ibm.com/services/learning and ibm.com/systems/i/education, until the
venue and dates are finalized.
FWiW: Note the renaming. As Don noted, for a /joint/ conference.
Check out the Barcelona conference, similarly renamed, for possible
similarity in changes to the USA event.
