Upgrades to V5R3 were withdrawn earlier this month.

I'd put looking at these charts every 6 months on your calendar. Helps
you to remember this stuff when it comes time for budgeting.

What does this withdrawal actually mean? Does that mean that you could
still borrow a set of media from your buddy, get upgraded, and then find
out that IBM won't give you keys?
