Granted, the topic was OPM RPG.

I saw no conflict. Pat was talking ILE templates and I believe Leif's was only referring to OPM template decompiling.

As was suggested by others before, if you're concerned about program decompilation, convert any OPM programs to ILE. ILE is harder for the reasons Pat gave. OPM converts back to MI mnemonic form fairly easily. Going back to the HLL (RPG,Cobol,,) is where the work is.
