Now you make the Microsoft comparison invalid, it seems - and you 
give up too soon. I too have to install our software, fortunately it 
almost all installs with uploads. But they will take media and 
install it - or maybe let you get on and do it.

Too many assumptions = an a priori decision that IBM won't help you? 
Your loss, my friend.

Don't give up too soon, my experience is that the folks Michael 
speaks of below are very helpful.
