I had good experience with LaserVault.  They came out and installed, did
the training, everything worked as advertised.  Good help desk support too.

We are looking for a scanning / storage solution for our documents.

The vendors I have information on so far are;

LASERVAULT
RJS
IKON
METAFILE

I am looking for people's experience with any of these and
recommendations from users.
