I don't doubt that, Al. But the again, I would hope that any vendor performs regression testing on any new release of the operating system. The fact that this release requires a recompile shouldn't add considerably to what I would think is a standard part of each release upgrade.

I just think the requirement to recompile is being overblown a little bit, except for those folks who don't have the source code. And of course, those who aren't on maintenance.
