James,
I had heard that some of the Powerware 5125's had some "bad board" issues
due to the manufacturer. They have held up some of the production due to
this problem. I have been waiting for a new unit for about 7 weeks due to
the "bad board". I'm not sure what the issues were but it may be something
that you would want to check on with Powerware.

Strange happenings:
According to the History Log on the affected machine, line power was
interrupted and restored twice, for one second each time, yesterday
morning at 8:30.
Then, at an undetermined time after this, the UPS shut itself down
without apparent reason, and without any messages showing up in the
QSYSOPR *MSGQ or the History Log. The very next entry in the History Log
is (as per my other thread) a message that QSZPAVLI was damaged.
I've already got a query out to Powerware technical support.
