This is good to know for when we go to V5R4, we are on V5R3....anyway
that we can stop this for V5R3??

How to stop job logs from disconnected user jobs
After 20 minutes of a users signon inactivity, their session gets
disconnected.  After another 20 minutes then the system ends their job
and produces a job log.  Is there a way to stop these type of job logs
from being created?
