I saw a reference to WITH DATA DICTIONARY. That clause is, since V3R1, deprecatory usage; I failed to effect change to make the clause a no-op. *Never* create with a data dictionary; except when there is known to be some extremely old legacy software that requires one. If nothing else, it is clear from problems seen, that they have not been tested for years.
