Maybe the user profile exceeded its maximum storage allowed. If it
isn't *NOMAX try increasing it by a few meg.

Subject: User profile problem

I am having trouble with a user profile that has worked for a long time
with no system or security changes. The user enters their user id and
password and then hangs up and the system comes back with a message to
do a wrkactjob and look for QZOSIGNON under QSYSWRK and end it. That
doesn't exist. I went into the user profile to see if it disabled, but
it was not so I tried just typing over the status (for the heck of it),
it too hangs and comes back with a message that says it cannot allocate
that user profile thereby not letting me change anything. Any help would
be appreciated
